- Handle BPJS/Jamsostek for employees, overtime, PPh 21
- Responsible in recruiting new employees
- Responsible in employees development plan
- All HR related tasks
Requirements:
- Maximum age 35 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Law/Psychology/Economics/Human Resource or any related majors, from reputable University
- Minimum 3 years working experience (at least 1 year in supervisory level), especially in Payroll, HR administrations, Industrial Relations and General Affairs
- Understands UU No. 13 tahun 2013 (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
- Strong Leadership
- Excellent Computer Skill
- Willing to stay in a Dorm
- To be based in Terbanggi Besar - Lampung
