Responsibilities
Scope of works:
- To maintain and expand building material sales in his/her territory (achieve targets)
- To provide direction to (distributor) salesmen
- To provide support for the Area Sales Coordinator
Requirements
- Minimum 2 (two) years experience in sales supervisor
- Preferably experienced in FMCG industry or building material industry
- Good command in English both spoken & written
- Having good interpersonal skill
- Having good communication skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Customer advice excellence
- Target oriented and team player
- Dynamic and willing to travel, preferably possess driving license A
- Having a thorough territorial knowledge of Jawa Tengah Area
